Inconsiderate Driving in Halesowen

West Midlands Police Traffic Officers have attended and seized a motor vehicle for which had been seen to have been driving inconsiderately on a local car park close to Halesowen Town Centre in icy conditions.

Inconsiderate driving on ice is classified as a serious offence in the UK, typically prosecuted as "driving without due care and attention" (careless driving) or "driving without reasonable consideration for other road users" under the Road Traffic Act 1988.

Police action was taken against this driver. West Midlands Police and Halesowen Neighbourhood Police Team will not tolerate anyone driving in an inconsiderate manner.
